There are no updates for some time and my tracking information shows 'Picked Up by Shipping Partner USPS Awaiting Item'.
Your parcel has been shipped from overseas by sea freight carrier services. Orders depart from the origin country in 4-14 days depending on the sea freight schedule. When orders depart with sea freight services they reach the U.S. in around 20 days and undergo customs clearance in additional 1-5 days. After customs clearance the shipping partner picks up the parcels for processing. For orders made in April, the shipping partner is Pitney Bowes (Newgistics). After the processing, Pitney Bowes (Newgistics) delivers the parcels to USPS for the 'last mile' delivery.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
